Michael Vanthourenhout s’est adjug\u00e9 la victoire \u00e0 Dublin, remportant un sprint palpitant face \u00e0 Toon Aerts. Le Belge signe ainsi une belle performance et relance la course au classement g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de la Coupe du monde.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le Belge Michael Vanthourenhout<\/strong> (Pauwels Sauzen – Bingoal) a remport\u00e9 la 2e manche de la Coupe du monde de cyclo-cross 2024-2025 \u00e0 Dublin apr\u00e8s un dernier tour intense. Il devance Toon Aerts<\/strong>, de retour en grande forme, et l\u2019Espagnol Felipe Orts<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La course a \u00e9t\u00e9 marqu\u00e9e par un d\u00e9part chaotique, notamment une chute collective dans le premier tour, provoquant l’abandon pr\u00e9matur\u00e9 de Thibau Nys<\/strong> (Baloise Trek Lions). Malgr\u00e9 ce d\u00e9but mouvement\u00e9, Vanthourenhout a su garder son calme et placer une acc\u00e9l\u00e9ration d\u00e9cisive dans les derniers m\u00e8tres, s\u2019offrant la victoire au terme d\u2019un sc\u00e9nario haletant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Chez les jeunes, le Fran\u00e7ais Soren Bruy\u00e8re Joumard<\/strong> (AS Fontaine) s\u2019est distingu\u00e9 en remportant la premi\u00e8re manche des Juniors. \u00c0 16 ans, il signe son premier succ\u00e8s sur le circuit mondial. Dans la cat\u00e9gorie U23, le Belge Jente Michels<\/strong> s’est impos\u00e9, devan\u00e7ant Aaron Dockx<\/strong> et David Haverdings<\/strong>, tandis que le Fran\u00e7ais L\u00e9o Bisiaux<\/strong> termine 5e, \u00e0 41 secondes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
