Le contrat de l\u2019ancien champion avec <strong>Movistar<\/strong> arrive \u00e0 son terme, ouvrant la voie \u00e0 cette nouvelle aventure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un contexte de changement accompagne cette potentielle nomination. Le 18 novembre, <strong>Jos\u00e9 Vicioso<\/strong> a pris la pr\u00e9sidence de la F\u00e9d\u00e9ration Royale Espagnole de Cyclisme (RFEC), succ\u00e9dant \u00e0 Jos\u00e9 Luis L\u00f3pez Cerr\u00f3n apr\u00e8s 12 ans de mandat. Vicioso a promis du renouveau : \u00ab\u00a0<em>Le continuisme masque l&rsquo;incapacit\u00e9 \u00e0 affronter l&rsquo;incertitude avec des d\u00e9cisions fond\u00e9es sur un projet<\/em>.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Depuis 2018, le poste de s\u00e9lectionneur est occup\u00e9 par <strong>Pascual Momparler<\/strong>, qui pourrait rester \u00e0 la RFEC mais dans un autre r\u00f4le. En parall\u00e8le, le nom de Valverde circule avec insistance. Retrait\u00e9 depuis 2022, le Murcien n&rsquo;a jamais vraiment quitt\u00e9 le monde du cyclisme : ambassadeur, participant \u00e0 des \u00e9v\u00e9nements, il est toujours actif. Champion du monde en 2018, il incarne une figure forte pour la s\u00e9lection.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La d\u00e9cision pourrait tomber avant No\u00ebl.
